COVID 19 PREVENTION PROTOCOLS

 

As the impact of the Corona virus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing our part to reduce the impact of the virus on our customers and employees. We are taking precautionary measures to mitigate exposure to the virus and we remain committed to providing safe and reliable service to the customers we serve.

We are closely monitoring the situation with local, state and federal health agencies, as well as monitoring and reinforcing guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

 

 

IN OFFICE PROCEDURES

 

  • Upon arrival, daily temperature test.

  • Hand sanitizing immediately upon arrival, constant hand washing/sanitizing is required.

  • Face masks worn at all times during working hours.

  • 6 feet distancing while working in office.

  • While working on equipment, technicians must wear masks and gloves, disinfecting all areas with alcohol and sanitizer.  Equipment is then wrapped in shrink wrap to be ready to ship.

  • Customers visiting our office must wear face mask.

  • Face mask required for freight deliveries, shipping and receiving.

 

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

 

  •  Delivery and installation by appointment.

  •  Equipment is loaded shrink wrapped onto a truck that is cleaned and

  •  Disinfected daily.

  •  Upon arrival technicians will be wearing masks and gloves.

  •  To minimize contact, a designated person should be available to direct  equipment placement, installation and instructions.  Network instructions can be provided prior and post delivery. Phone assistance is available at no cost.

 

SERVICE AND SUPPORT

 

  •  As always, service and repair are included with all rentals.

  •  When service is need, call the office to arrange for a technician.

  •  Technician will arrive, wearing face mask and gloves.  He/She will take time to disinfect unit once finished with repair. He/She must be given at least 6’ perimeter of working space.  He/she will notify someone at location once work is completed, signature not required.

 

REMOVAL/EQUIPMENT RETURN

 

  •  Equipment return/ pick up by appointment.

  •  Technicians will arrive, wearing face masks and gloves. 

  •   Any returned supplies should be placed on top of units, details will be noted on return slip.  Signature not required.  Copy of return slip will be left at location.

  •  Final receipt, invoicing will be emailed to production contact.
